Your Tasks
- Provide legal support and advice on day-to-day legal matter for Sale, Marketing, Procurement and others.
- Implement global and reginal policies, principles and strategy developed to country and PC (production center).
- Corporate secretary role.
- Liaise with external lawyers to get synergies legal advice.
- Provide legal support on claim, challenge, dispute on activation, digital, and commercial transaction.
- Ensuring data privacy compliance.
- May extend legal support role to assigned ASEAN countries.
- Compliance officer role Thailand.
- Drive country Compliance Risk Assessment.
- Implement training, monitor, regular communication on compliance topics.
- Promote report compliance concerns and manage local compliance incidents/ cases and take appropriate sanctions.
- Ensure the correct, timely and complete input for the legal & compliance reporting.
- May extend compliance support role to assigned ASEAN countries.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Thai Law with attorney license/certification in Thailand
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial legal practice, including at least 5 years with multinational companies (MNCs)
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to consumer protection, advertising, data privacy, competition law, and e-commerce
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal document review
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
