Assistant TA Manager/Manager

Your Tasks

  • Oversee workforce planning, utilization and related staffing and manpower reports
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior management to identify manpower requirements, planning and budgeting
  • Take ownership and execute full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes through multiple sourcing channels and utilize various tools to attract talented candidates
  • Manage the top of the funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback
  • Ensure the timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions based on requirement
  • Tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire, cost per hire then analyse and report on quarterly and annual hiring statistic and plans
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. assessment test and onboarding process)
  • Design and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and candidate searches)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition process
  • Positive and unconventional thinking with a business sense and service mind
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Computer skills i.e. MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing and assessment tools and methods
