Your Tasks
- Partner with S&CM Head and develop strategy for GT channel & ensure effective implementation
- Use channel-based shopper & customer marketing insights & provide trade understanding for marketing to make effective trade plans.
- Enable achievement of channel sales targets through seamless planning along with RSMS
- Manage budgets for the channels & promotion activities & regularly undertake promo evaluation for various key activities
- Plan and build prospective sales growth channels through various engagement programs.
- Support in building strong shopper marketing principles and practice in the team
- Lead the team to effectively drive the S&CM agenda for the channel
- Developing deep understanding of channel requirements and using the same to develop plans that support achievement of sales targets
- Co-ordinate across multiple departments – sales, marketing, finance etc. towards seamless planning and execution
Your Profile
- Successful track record of working in any General Trade, Modern Trade and S&CM.
- Business Administration/Sales/Marketing Degree/Diploma from an accredited university
- A minimum of 10 years sales experience with a leading FMCG company.
- Exposure to marketing will be desirable
