Your Tasks
As
Marketing Assistant
for our Eucerin brand, you will - with a sense for excellence - support the Marketing Team across various activities to drive the life-changing power of Eucerin brand in Belgium, with a focus on sell-out & brand image. You will be the supporting caring pillar of the Derma team, Medical Team & Pharmacy Director but also a caring contact to consumers, through Consumer Care & Community Management.Your main responsibilities will include:
Consumer Care
- Be the point of contact for Consumer Care Service Belgium & quality issues for Eucerin & Hansaplast
Daily Support for Marketing & Medical Teams
- Provide contract management support
- Create all the PO’s & follow up
- If applicable, organize the material purchase
- Support for translations - checks and ad-hoc presentations for marketing, sales & medical material
- Ensure the office stock management & organize team meetings
Daily Support Of Brand Management
- Coordinate the full process of sampling activities in collaboration with several departments
- Lead the local Supply Chain Datas completion for all Eucerin products
- Follow up of the use of visuals & rights purchase
- Product packshots creation, including database uploads and
Daily Support Of Medical Marketing Team
- Support the organization of bigger events (pharmacists’ events) & Medical external events and webinars
- Together with the responsible Medical Marketing Manager, lead forecast distribution & budget of samples for Medical team
- Support the team for training platform: creative material development, invitations, etc.
Your Profile
What it takes to join us?
- Dynamic and motivated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital or equivalent proven experience in a similar role.
- Native proficiency in Dutch and fluency in French is mandatory. Business proficiency in English is required.
- A strong interest in dermocosmetics and enthusiasm for brand, medical, and digital marketing activities.
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Flexibility & Resilience: Stress-resistant, adaptable, and solutions-driven in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Excellence: A natural talent for organization with excellent project management skills—able to prioritize, remain structured under pressure, and manage complexity with clarity.
- Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.
- Positive, passionate and team spirit driven
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively within teams and also work independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
