Your Tasks
Marketing & Product Support
- Coordinate product orders from the warehouse for marketing activities, campaigns, and events
- Support assortment management, including new product launches, digitalization, and labeling processes
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing communication materials (print & digital)
Medical & Field Support
- Collaborate with medical representatives to support field activities
- Assist with product allocation and materials needed for healthcare professional (HCP) interactions
- Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to the field team
Events & Activations
- Support the organization and execution of medical and marketing events (e.g., conferences, workshops, internal activations)
- Assist with logistics, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, medical, sales, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking of ongoing projects

Your Profile
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage logistics and operational tasks
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
