The personal data
within the recruitment process will be used to assess your application
and — if you take up employment with us — also for the purposes
of implementing the employment relationship. When it comes to specific roles,
this includes your participation in online cognitive ability or personality
tests. The legal basis for testing your cognitive ability is your consent in
terms of Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the PDP Law or the necessity of
specific processing to undertake certain actions that are undertaken at your
request before the execution of the employment agreement in terms of Article
12, paragraph 1, item 2 of the PDP Law. The provision of your personal data as
part of the application process is voluntary. However, their provision is required
in order to process your application or execute your employment agreement with
us. The legal basis for personality testing is your consent in terms of Article
12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the PDP Law. Participation in the personality test
is voluntary.
When we obtain
information from your public accounts on professional social media platforms
such as LinkedIn, we process it based on our legitimate interest in deciding
about whether to establish an employment relationship with you. The legal basis
is Article 12, paragraph 1, item 6 of the PDP Law with respect to Article 17,
paragraph 2, item 5 of the PDP Law.
When we invite you to
take part in a survey with regard to your satisfaction with Beiersdorf’s
application process, the relevant legal basis is your consent in accordance
with Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the PDP Law with respect to Article 15
of the PDP Law. The same legal basis applies when you subscribe for our Job
Agent in order to receive information about currently open positions.
Furthermore, we may
process your personal data when required in an effort to defend ourselves
against legal claims arising from the application process that you might bring
against us. The legal basis for such processing is Article 12, paragraph 1,
items 2 and 6 of the PDP Law; for example, a legitimate interest is the burden
of proof in proceedings under the Serbian Civil Procedure Law and other
relevant legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
