The idea of dynamic working and a contemporary New Work approach are integral pillars in the concept of the new Beiersdorf Campus. There complexity is manifold, on a top level for Beiersdorf it means that flexibility means functionality. Collaboration is key, but at the same time room for individual freedom and different work styles are incorporated.
Explained via concrete examples this means that no working area is totally open or totally closed, which allows for high changeability & variety. Hierarchy independent office structures have been created and paired with one consistent design language, that is individually customizable. There will be assigned home zones for each team/department, however you will have the flexible choice of “where to work” across the entire Campus.
