Junior Marketeer Challenge ThailandWelcome the new wave of marketeers in NIVEA

Young talented students have great ideas but they rarely get an opportunity to work on the specific case and to execute their concepts. For the first time Beiersdorf Thailand launched a Marketing challenge and opened its doors to welcome fresh and creative ideas from young university students from across Thailand. Students divided into 128 teams have enrolled to create the best Integrated Marketing Communication Plan based on the given real business example from NIVEA. Ten teams with the best solutions entered the final round, competing for the valuable monetary prize, certificate and trophy. Moreover, great ideas could get a chance to be implemented.

Open House for the Finalist Teams

The 10 finalist teams were officially invited to the World of Blue on Saturday, March 17 at Sathorn Office. For this special occasion, Bangkok office was NIVEA branded with recognizable blue elements in order to present True Blue environment and integrate visiting students faster. Special care was taken that students feel cozy and spend the day in a relaxed atmosphere.

Diving deeper into The World of Blue

During the day NIVEA management team held an immersive session where students gained better knowledge about NIVEA DNA but also learned more about how business operates. In the interactive part of the session students had a chance to consult with the management team about the challenge and refine their strategy before the final presentation on Saturday, April 28.

We are not “All Work, No Play”

Students had an opportunity to learn more about NIVEA in fun and engaging way through organized games. We showed to our talented students that leading a powerful brand like NIVEA is not all about the hard work but also having a good time with colleagues.
