Depending on your personal interests, you will get to know Beiersdorf through various steps. This also applies to your six month assignment abroad, where you can choose one of our more than 170 subsidiaries. As part of an international trainee network, you will also benefit from cross-functional projects and training and mentoring activities. Are you ready for our trainee program in Human Resources?

We are looking for:

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Psychology, Sociology or Business Administration with a major in Human Resources
Min. 6 months of practical experience
Min. 6 months of experience abroad
Fluency in English
Quick thinker with an entrepreneurial & international mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with pragmatism
Convincing, integer, flexible and resilient personality
Compelling communicator

Human Resources Business Partner (4 months)

In your first step as a trainee in HumanResources, you will gain operational experience with insights into humanresources development and recruiting as well as topics including successionplanning and cooperation with the works council. You will experience first-handhow our HR business partners support and advise our managers and maintain closecontact with our employees.

Center of Excellence (4 months)

In the second step, you will get to knowthe strategic side of HR at one of our Centers of Excellence (CoE). As an HRtrainee, you will support one of our CoEs at headquarters (including the CoEDevelopment, CoE Compensation & Benefits, HR Systems and Planning &Reporting teams) and experience how strategic HR processes and tools aredeveloped, globally implemented and managed.

International assignment (6 months)

During your international assignment, youwill get to know another market and new aspects of our business in one of oursubsidiaries. While working on local HR topics, you will gain a sharperawareness of cultural differences – an important skill for the next generationof managers in our globally active company with a strong consumer focus.

Cross-functional assignment (4 months)

A willingness to cooperate and anunderstanding of business are absolutely essential in HR. In this fourth andfinal step as an HR trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop thesequalities in a department of your choice. You will literally go BEYOND BORDERSand gain a better understanding of the needs of your future partners outside ofHR, for example in Marketing, Sales, Finance or Supply Chain. Or you can diveinto Corporate Development, where you work directly for the Executive Board.
