Your Tasks

Job Purpose
The Junior Brand Manager - Personal Care is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies and marketing plans across the Personal Care categories in the ME region. (S)he will be driving innovation readiness, supporting integrated communication and activation plans (ATL, BTL, in-store, and e-commerce), managing artwork projects, and delivering actionable market and consumer insights through Nielsen, Kantar and internal data analysis.
(S)he will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Trade marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and E-Commerce. (S)he will ensure excellence in execution, support business growth objectives, and contribute to driving market share, revenue, and profitability across the Personal Care categories.


Key Responsibilities
1. Innovation Management & Readiness
•    Lead and coordinate innovation and relaunch projects to ensure timely and successful market implementation.
•    Track innovation milestones and readiness across functions, ensuring visibility on timelines, risks, and key deliverables.
•    Support launch planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
2. Market Analysis, Insights & Competition Tracking
•    Conduct monthly category deep dives using Nielsen Retail Audit and Kantar Household Panel data for key markets, particularly KSA and UAE.
•    Monitor brand and category performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas requiring corrective action.
•    Track competitor activities, launches, pricing, promotions, and market share developments.
•    Develop clear recommendations and action plans based on market and consumer insights.
3. In-Market Execution (Offline & Online)
•    Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and in-store channels.
•    Ensure excellence and consistency in brand execution
4. Artwork & Packaging Management
•    Manage artwork development and approval processes for new launches, relaunches, and renovation projects.
•    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.
•    Track project timelines and proactively resolve issues to meet launch deadlines.5. Cross-Functional Project Management
•    Support the S&OP process and ensure alignment between commercial and supply planning requirements.
•    Support launch kick-offs and project follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
6. Budget Management & Control
•    Raise purchase orders and process invoices accurately and on time.
•    Monitor and track brand budgets in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager and Finance team.
•    Manage accruals, provisions, and year-end budget closing activities.
•    Ensure marketing investments are tracked effectively and remain within approved budgets.

Your Profile

Your Profile
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•    1–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, within the FMCG industry. Preferably within the personal care and skin care industry
•    Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with Nielsen Retail Audit and Kantar data.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Neilsen Discover, Kantar HHP
•    Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
•    Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
•    Digital and consumer-centric mindset with a passion for brands and innovation.
•    Self-motivated, proactive team player with a strong growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
