Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital & Influencer Marketing Intern to join Beiersdorf Italy and support the Eucerin Digital Marketing Team.
The candidate will support the execution of influencer marketing, digital activation and content management projects across Eucerin's key categories, working closely with marketing teams, digital agencies, influencer agencies and external partners.
Main responsibilities include:
- Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing & UGC campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate influencer, creator & UGC activations through dedicated platforms and agency partners.
- Assist in the management of creator relationships, campaign tracking and content delivery.
- Support the collection, analysis and reporting of campaign performance KPIs, including reach, impressions, engagement, earned media value and content effectiveness.
- Review and approve campaign assets, briefs, influencer content and tracking links before launch.
- Support the management of social media editorial activities and PED reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of business reviews, campaign reports, presentations and internal stakeholder updates.
- Support the execution of the digital marketing plan, including newsletters and website updates, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, ICom, E-commerce, Medical and Sales.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following education, experiences and skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Economics or related fields.
Experience:
- Previous internship or academic experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Media Agency or Social Media is a plus.
- Experience in Beauty, Consumer Goods or Cosmetics is appreciated.
Skills:
- Strong interest in social media, creator economy and influencer marketing.
- Analytical mindset with good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and data reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate different stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving approach and ownership mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
- Confident use of Outlook for daily communication and coordination
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Languages:
- Fluent Italian (preferably native)
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
