Your Tasks

  • Understand and Share Insights : Dive deep into the unique HR service needs of the region, collaborating closely with process owners in our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or service teams. Share valuable insights and feedback to ensure robust process delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Implementation Excellence : Ensure the seamless implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices.
  • Lead and Coach: Establish our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to global standards. Lead, develop and coach team members regularly to foster growth and expertise.
  • Regional Process : Join forces with the CoE Process team to take ownership of designated service processes. Participate in regular reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration : Foster integration and consistency in service processes across the region to capitalize on synergies and streamline tasks across countries. Facilitate regular exchanges with other Regional Heads of HR Services to gain valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Take charge of monitoring and controlling processes through robust KPI tracking. Ensure that targets are not just met, but exceeded, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with other regional HR leaders and business stakeholders as needed to understand their needs and priorities. Join the Regional HR Leadership forum to maintain regular communication and alignment with the organization being served.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in HR Services delivery or related roles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in a multinational environment.
  • University degree with business relevance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team ideally already demonstrated in former leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from Business Partners to C-level executives on local, regional and global process matters based on latest research and industry best practices.
  • Experience with HR core processes Talent Acquisition, Payroll/Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Training and Inquiries
  • Leadership Experience (5 years+), ideally incl. leading of leaders
  • Shared Service Experience – build up and run People Services with strong international and transformation experience
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Project management experience
