Your Tasks

About the role

Joining us as Head of E-sales, you will be responsible for shaping and accelerating our E-commerce business across the Benelux market. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive commercial growth, lead key customer partnerships, and develop our future digital sales ambitions.

You will own the E-commerce P&L, lead strategic accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally with local and international stakeholders to maximize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the E-commerce sales strategy and financial targets aligned with EUNA and local business objectives
  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance and accurate forecasting
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with Pure Player and Omnichannel customers, including key accounts such as Bol and Picnic
  • Lead forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking activities
  • Represent E-commerce in key business forums, including S&OP and sales steering processes
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive future E-commerce ambitions, including new channels such as TikTok Shop
  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing, Global KAMs, and Customer Directors to maximize commercial impact
  • Effectively manage escalated customer issues to ensure long-term partnerships and business continuity

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant commercial experience, including 5+ years in people management
  • International exposure is considered a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with proven business growth results
  • Experience managing key national accounts and complex commercial negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Nielsen and MS Office 365
  • Deep understanding of E-commerce and digital sales channels
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders
