Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth with eComm Channel & driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Drive eCommerce Customer Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing eComm partners and acquire new customers through joint business planning, digital activation roadmaps, and commercial negotiations.
Execute Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and implement annual eCommerce activity plans aligned with the digital sales strategy, including promotional strategies that reflect channel dynamics and market trends.
Optimize Performance & Investment: Monitor and evaluate sales performance (KPIs), ensure efficient use of trade and media investments, and lead improvements in trade terms, systems, and processes through best practice sharing.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Steer cross-functional teams for eCommerce pilots, customer roll-outs, and strategic initiatives, while contributing to the short- and long-term execution of the company’s eCommerce strategy
Proven Commercial Success: Demonstrated track record in driving business growth through sales or marketing, with strong relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
eCommerce & Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience in eCommerce operations with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action and ownership.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities to support decision-making, prioritize effectively, and focus on key business drivers.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage conflict, and drive collaboration across departments.
Self-Starter & Organized: Highly proactive, well-organized, and able to manage time and priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
