Your Tasks

Reporting to Regional eCommerce Performance Marketing Lead, we are looking for a highly analytical and proactive working student to support our regional performance marketing efforts with a strong focus on Amazon. This role will work closely with local performance marketing managers, media agencies and cross-functional teams to drive campaign excellence, transform data into actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives across Europe.

  • Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Track Amazon campaign performance daily, proactively identifying deviations and ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Connect data across DSP, SPA, AMC, and internal reports to extract meaningful insights and drive performance improvements.
  • Reporting & Strategic Recommendations: Own the official monthly performance marketing report, highlighting key learnings and proposing strategic next steps.
  • Community Engagement & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare monthly calls with markets, define agendas, and facilitate case exchanges to foster learning across the EUNA community.
  • Project Management & Agency Coordination: Lead daily calls with the media agency, acting as PMO to track open tasks, priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Content Collaboration & A/B Testing: Partner with the content team to identify and fill content gaps in campaigns and execute A/B tests at the regional level.
  • Event Planning Support: Collaborate with markets to plan and monitor major retail events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
  • Feedback Collection & Prioritization: Gather input from multiple markets, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment with regional goals.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Previous internship or working student experience in eCommerce, Amazon, digital agencies, or performance marketing roles, ideally within FMCG
  • Strong logic and numerical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrates autonomy in problem-solving, actively searches for information and solutions without needing constant guidance
  • Enthusiastic about eCommerce, retail media, and the evolving digital landscape
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Amazon tools (DSP, AMC, SPA) is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
