Main Accountabilities
The Ecommerce Manager acts as the liaison between Sales and e-Commerce to accelerate the company’s Omni-Channel ambition. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, drives alignment between offline and online business teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels. The role is responsible for improving workflows, optimizing operational efficiency, and developing unified commercial strategies to strengthen the Omni-Channel business.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Development to ensure seamless customer experience and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Strengthen collaboration between Sales and e-Commerce teams together with the Head of eCommerce.
• Drive Channel strategy by aligning priorities, plans, and execution between offline and online channels.
• Engage with key customers and distributors to support integrated commercial programs and joint business plans.
• Review and improve operational processes across Sales and e-Commerce to ensure workflow efficiency and information transparency.
• Operate within approved trade marketing parameters and monitor trading term efficiencies across both channels.
• Manage day-to-day coordination between Sales, Marketing, and e-Commerce to ensure smooth execution of activations and campaigns.
• Lead pre-S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) alignment between Sales and e-Commerce teams to ensure accurate demand planning and supply readiness.
• Liaise with E-Business Development Manager, Supply Chain, and Sales Planning to validate feasibility of the channel supply plans covering base, new product launches, and promotions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance end-to-end order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and data accuracy.
• Ensure optimal inventory and assortment visibility across offline and online channels to minimize out-of-stocks and overstocking.
• Support planning and execution of VAS / Combo offers and ensure cross-channel consistency.
• Review performance gaps or operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop reports and insights to monitor channel KPIs, customer engagement, and sales contribution.
• Champion the company’s Channel ambition by fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and shared accountability
