Contract management: Oversee and manage contracts for the following categories: Logistics, Transportation & VAS, HR Services.
Commercial Distribution: Oversee and manage legal relationships with distributors & wholesalers, distribution contracts, incentives for distributors overseeing compliance with distribution policies, overseeing compliance with law & regulations, coordinate and oversee commercial disputes. Develop and implement an effective Way of Working (WoW) for commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
CLM platform maintenance: Administer and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring accurate and efficient contract administration across the company.
Labour law: Responsible for advising and managing all matters related to individual and collective labor law, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks, and strategically supporting Human Resources and business decisions.
Coordination of litigation: Coordinate legal strategies in litigation cases, working closely with external counsel to defend the company’s interests in matters related to its specific areas of responsibility.
Knowlegde
Law Degree.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Experience
+7 years of experience in a multinational company.
