Your Tasks
- Lead cross-functional projects including Launch, Relaunch, In-/Out-sourcing, and Regulatory-driven initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, QA, Production, and DCs) and external stakeholders (suppliers, co-manufacturers).
- Track project timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to ensure resolution without impact to delivery.
- Support feasibility assessments and cost evaluations, ensuring project execution aligns with operational capabilities and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to estimate project costs, assess ROI, and manage investment planning.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce complexity, and ensure alignment with our supply chain strategy.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience (FMCG or manufacturing preferred).
- Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with regional and global teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, and project tracking tools.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight timelines, managing multiple projects at once.
