Your Tasks
In your role at you will be entrusted with safeguarding the efficiency and availability of compounding production equipment through expert maintenance practices. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational performance standards forms the cornerstone of your daily activities.
Core Duties
- Execute methodical preventive maintenance schedules and conduct timely corrective repairs to enhance equipment uptime and sustain production flow.
- Engage in effective troubleshooting and root cause investigation, applying corrective strategies to eliminate recurring issues and optimize machine performance.
- Develop, implement, and improve maintenance protocols aligned with the ManEx methodology to elevate maintenance quality and standardization.
- Maintain maintenance records meticulously, oversee the management of maintenance tools, and guarantee compliance with EHS regulations and corporate policies.
- Contribute actively to improving maintenance workflows and provide technical support to facilitate innovation and efficiency in production processes.
- Mentor, monitor, and train assigned team members to strengthen operational capabilities and uphold skill standards within the maintenance department.
Your Profile
Profile
- Proven experience working in production maintenance environments, preferably in sectors such as cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals where regulatory compliance and hygiene standards are pivotal.
- Technical expertise in handling and maintaining key components including pumps, electric motors, gearboxes, homogenizers, various valve types, and mechanical seals.
- Solid knowledge of established industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO), safe procedures for confined space entries, and working safely at heights to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.
- Basic proficiency in SAP for maintenance management activities and MS Office software for documentation and communication purposes.
- Exceptional analytical and diagnostic capabilities, paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and a strong dedication to fostering an inclusive, safe, and efficient work culture.
