Short job description and role purpose: Strengthen Beiersdorf’s medical presence by building trustful, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals (dermatologists, pediatricians, pharmacists). Provide scientific and product expertise to support medical recommendations and drive prescription growth
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs - Visiting doctors (dermatologists, pediatricians, specialists in aesthetic medicine, etc.) and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory, presenting relevant information about Eucerin products, and providing medical education (80% of total working time) & conducting regular visits to pharmacies within the assigned territory, according to the agreed frequency and pharmacy categorization (up to 20% of total working time).
Detail and communicate Beiersdorf’s medical portfolio based on scientific evidence.
Organize and participate in medical events, trainings, and conferences.
Gather and report market insights and field feedback.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure aligned strategies.
Education:
University degree in a medical field (Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, or Faculty of Dentistry).
Experience:
Preferably with background in medical detailing and collaboration with doctors.

Ability to translate scientific data into clear, actionable insights
Proactivity, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills
Practical Requirements:
Category B driving license
Willingness to travel regularly
Fluency in English
