Channel Strategy: personal care category steering (shower, deo), setting the right strategy & execution to drive growth in line with commercial strategy;
Channel Game Plan – pre-evaluation of promotions, planning and execution, action plans;
Suggest improvement actions/promo mechanics to ensure brand strategy, impact and profitability;
Budget Management: accountable for the category budget and monthly checks;
Pricing Strategy;
Drive In-Store Main KPI´s together with Sales Teams (Primary Shelf, 2nd displays, planogram proposal, POS materials);
Gather and analyze customer & market data;
Lead and manage collaboration with agencies to deploy all key initiatives.
University Degree or comparable;
3 years experience in commercial areas (shopper, trade mkt, sales) in FMCG industry;
Advanced English level;
Strategic Thinking;
High level of analytical skills;
Results Driven;
Good organization skills;
Data Tools: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint); knowledge of data analyzing tools is highly appreciated.
