Your Tasks
You will support the team in:
- Planning and implementing route-to-market strategies in collaboration with other departments,
- Coordinating creative and production agencies for product activations and marketing materials,
- Developing category management strategies and shopper insights,
- Conducting analyses to support sales canvassing, new product launches, and sales volume forecasting,
- Assisting in the annual planning process and tracking brand performanc.
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields,
- Good level of English (spoken and written),
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn,
- Strong in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills,
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment,
- Availability for office in Milan (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office)
