Job Requirement
• Category Strategy Development & Branding (30%)
- Develop category strategy & marketing priorities in collaboration with local, region and global team
- Define winning portfolio strategy for new category entrance via full understanding of competitive landscape and consumer needs
- Lead Go-To-Market strategy to achieve business goal
- Lead Nivea Branding activity including PR
• Innovation / New Product Launch (20%)
- Establish future innovation plan with deep understanding of consumers from consumer research
- Develop new product launch strategy based on global guideline
- Lead project management with strong collaboration from cross functional teams
- Provide post tracking result of new product launch and support action plans to achieve the target
• Consumer communication development & management (15%)
- Develop consumer communication & campaign strategy
- Execute integrated brand activation strategy incorporating IMC (ATL/BTL) principles, brand contents for on & off, and portfolio roadmap that represents brand mission and core values
- Collaborate with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver on-time and to maximize media performance
• Portfolio / Assortment management (10%)
- Portfolio management & Assortment optimizations via market partition & competitiveness analysis
- Price optimization and inventory management
• P&L management (10%)
- Manage category P&L via accelerating NS growth and optimizing value chain
- Efficiency in marketing budget to achieve brand performance
• Market Data Analysis & research (15%)
- Track the business performance (Market share, distribution, POS etc.)
- Utilize qualitative research (focus groups) or quantitative (e.g. concept tests) to support Marketing and Business development and to facilitate the decision-making process
Your Profile
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in preferred Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of brand management experience in FMCG or Cosmetic industry
• Minimum 3 years of brand management experience in Skincare industry
• Strong Internal Communication skill to discuss and persuade important business strategic decision with key stakeholders of both local and global organization
• Strong analytical skills to track brand performance, gather & analysis category, competitors and consumer insight
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
• Fluent in Korean & English both of verbal and written
