Your Tasks

The Junior Logistics Officer supports daily logistics operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods across the supply chain. The role involves coordinating inbound, outbound and repacking activities, maintaining accurate data within SAP, supporting warehouse operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone early in their supply-chain career looking to grow in a multinational environment.

1. Inbound & Outbound Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and execution of inbound deliveries, goods receipt, and customs
    processes
  • Support outbound shipment activities including order preparation, picking, packing, and
    transportation coordination
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies

2. Transport & Carrier Management

  • Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery
  • Support the collection of returns (reverse logistics) and follow up
  • Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports

3. VAS planning, Material planning and purchasing

  • Support the process of packaging/work-over order for the assigned products for embedded
    and/or external subcontractors
  • Follow up that the production runs on time and according to the quality standards set

4. SAP Transactional Activities

  • Create, update, and monitor purchase orders
  • Ensure accurate master data (materials, vendors, customers) and monitor workflows
  • Collaborate in cross function projects for optimizing master data processes. Local promotional
    items, packaging materials, recycling reports, product lifecycle and discontinuation

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams.
  • Assist in resolving order issues, stock discrepancies, and customer complaints.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (internshipscount)
  • Previous exposure to a multinational environment is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM / SD / WM modules preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables desirable)
  • Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory flow, andbasic supply chain concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
