Your Tasks

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various areas of Human Resources. You will support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and contribute to key HR initiatives, helping to create a positive and engaging work environment. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Employee Lifecycle:
    Assist the HR Manager in activities related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding, while learning about labor legislation and internal HR policies.

  • HR Administration:
    Help maintain employee records, prepare documentation, and support the implementation of HR processes and systems.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    Participate in the coordination of local onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new employees, and assist with offboarding procedures.

  • Employee Support:
    Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager.

  • HR Projects & Initiatives:
    Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, training programs, and internal communications.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Strong interest in HR practices and employee engagement,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn,
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Good level of English (spoken and written),
  • Availability for office in Paço de Arcos (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office).
