Your Tasks
Responsibilities
- To drive sales (PC/BA) in Supermarket and Hypermarket channels.
- Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market and providing feedback & solutions.
- To build strong in-store team by leading, coaching, developing team members.
- To ensure in-store excellent execution and compliance with trade marketing guideline (display, new news, OOS, tester, POG, NPD and TRAX).
- To ensure distribution and availibility of Beiersdorf's products in assigned customers' stores.
- To build good relationship with assigned customers' operation team to ensure that BDF is one of the preferred suppliers.
- Follow, monitor and Audit Supervisor Team.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of business administration or related field.
- Working in-store (PC/BA/Supervisor) at least 2 years.
- Retailer operation knowledge.
- Good presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
- Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection, challenges, or setbacks.
- Perseveres through difficult negotiations, ensuring long-term success.
- Sales Analysis skills.
- Good in using Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word).
