Your Tasks

Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to LATAM Supply Chain leadership, providing insight, challenge, and financial perspective on key operational and strategic topics.
  • Connect Supply Chain performance with the overall financial results of the business, ensuring decisions are made with an end-to-end perspective.
  • Support regional Supply Chain strategy through performance analysis, financial transparency, and forward-looking insight.
  • Partner closely with regional and global Finance teams to ensure alignment with broader financial objectives and standards.

Performance Management & Controlling

  • Lead Supply Chain performance management across LATAM, ensuring robust planning, forecasting, and performance steering for Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Drive transparency and accountability across Supply Chain cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Supply Chain reporting and financial closing in line with group requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and opportunities impacting Supply Chain performance.

Value Creation & Savings

  • Drive delivery of Supply Chain savings and efficiency initiatives across the region.
  • Ensure consistent tracking, governance, and reporting of savings initiatives in line with regional and global frameworks.
  • Challenge the organisation on value creation opportunities and support execution through financial insight.

Processes, Systems & Standardisation

  • Drive standardisation and harmonisation of Supply Chain Controlling processes across LATAM.
  • Support regional and global initiatives aimed at strengthening performance management, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Champion best practices and continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Controlling community.

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain Controlling team with up to 7 team members, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear priorities and expectations, ensuring effective service delivery to regional and local stakeholders.
  • Build strong interfaces across Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams.

Your Profile

You are an experienced finance professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Controlling, ready to operate at cluster level and lead performance management across multiple markets. You bring the maturity to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution in a complex, matrix-driven environment.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Finance / Controlling, with exposure to Supply Chain topics.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (CIMA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Proven capability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to maintain a broader business perspective.
  • High level of self-motivation, proactivity, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
