Beiersdorf Belgrade has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Analyst to join our exciting business. In this role you will play important role in shaping data-driven decision-making process within commercial department. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and recommending actions based on insights to optimize commercial processes and increase revenue. You will be a part of an enthusiastic, performance driven sales team.

Responsibilities
o Manage diverse datasets from multiple sources and implement visual enhancements.
o Conduct comprehensive data cleansing/processing/mapping/aggregation/enrichment to enable reporting and complex analysis preparation.
o Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
o Conduct ad hoc analyses and custom reports to address business problems and support decision making processes.
o Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Present findings and recommendations to management and other internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide administrative support to the commercial team and commercial manager.
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
o Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies, campaigns, and pricing initiatives.
o Ensure all data handling is executed with precision.
o Identify opportunities to automate data processes and workflows.
