Your Tasks

Serve as an active member of study teams and provide support for clinical studies design during protocol development
• Detailed review of study-related documents which may include, but are not limited to, protocols, study reports, informed consent forms, and case report forms
• Complete activities related to the set-up, initiation, execution, and close-out of clinical studies according to applicable regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company SOPs.
• Conduct timely monitoring of clinical data as well as reviewing and reconciling documentation as applicable.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed in accordance with SOP and QA’s standards Collaborate and liaise with CROs, scientific affairs, safety assessor, other R&D functions as needed
• Review, write or revise SOPs.
• Assist with Budget management, as needed.
• Responsible for accurate budget forecasting and tracking for the assigned clinical and non-clinical studies
• Lead and participate in modernizing clinical and site operations to drive efficiencies
• Effectively coordinate and manage clinical supplies activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for clinical studies
• Other duties as assigned

Your Profile

Job Profile Criteria:
• Bachelor’s or related degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven Clinical Research experience in R&D Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organization skills are a must.
• Experience effectively working in cross-functional teams.
• Team player with the ability to work independently to accomplish objectives within the timelines established.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GCP, GMP, and ICH requirements.
• Proven ability to have attention to detail.
