• Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality relationship with collaborative customers, while playing a vital internal role supporting growth and driving efficient operations, working together with Demand Planning to build sales forecasts and with Logistics to achieve more efficient orders.
• Act as the main point of contact with assigned customers to collaboratively manage inventory and replenishment processes, maximizing product availability on shelves (In Stock and On Shelf Availability) while minimizing inventory in the supply chain (Days On Hand).
• Lead meetings with customers or sales teams to monitor KPIs, correct deviations, and identify opportunities.
• Prepare purchase suggestions (VMI) or set parameter configurations for customers.
• Participate in S&OP process by preparing reports summarizing insights from customers and supporting sales to improve sales forecast inputs.
• Ensure processing information shared by customers.
• Collaborate with logistics to achieve more efficient orders, supporting cost reduction initiatives.
Education: Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Experience in Sales Administration, Planning, or Customer Service areas, preferably in multinational FMCG companies.
Competencies: Proactive, with the ability to make independent decisions; results-oriented profile; strong analytical and data interpretation skills; excellent interpersonal relationships; ability to influence and negotiate.
Language: Intermediate English (mandatory), Advanced (preferred).
IT Tools: Proficiency in IT tools (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PBI are desirable) and preferably knowledge of SAP (SD module).
