Your Tasks
The PC Director leads Beiersdorf Manufacturing Nigeria to achieve financial and strategic objectives ensuring the future growth and sustainability of the site. The PC Director provides leadership & set standards (e.g. BMOS & ManEx) to the production team driving operational improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the mission, vision and values of PC Nigeria aligned with the Beiersdorf way.
- Responsibility for the financial and production results of the site.
- Guarantee the fundamentals: "Zero Accidents", “100% quality” and “100% compliance”
- Ownership of the site development plan and implementation of innovation pipeline in the factory
- Develop strategies and action plans, in line with the SC and Company strategic plans..
- Provide strategic direction and tactical support to the Leadership Team.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement, introducing best practices, new ideas and opportunities.
- Build relationships with Supply Chain and Business Units stakeholders to sustain organic growth.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in technical engineering such as industrial, mechanical or electrical.
- 10 years of experience in leadership positions, preferably in consumer goods production companies and Manufacturing function.
- Knowledge in TPM, WCM, IWS and/or Lean Manufacturing.
