Your Tasks
- Develop and execute customer-specific promotional plans aligned with overall commercial strategy, objectives, and trade guidelines
- Lead customer promotion planning, including budgeting, trade terms definition, and optimization of trade investment to maximize growth
- Build and manage accurate annual sales forecasts, translating commercial plans into actionable projections
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnerships
- Oversee trade spend, receivables, and account-related financials, ensuring proper administration and compliance
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers to secure sustainable and profitable agreements
- Resolve ad-hoc business and account issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate leadership by influencing, motivating, and guiding cross-functional teams (Customer Cell) to achieve business goals
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- +3 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or Trade/Shopper Marketing roles
- Proven experience managing Key Accounts within FMCG companies
- Strong experience in trade investment management and promotional planning
- Intermediate–advanced English (spoken and written)
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership
