Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading eCommerce shopper and customer marketing initiatives for NIVEA and Eucerin across all online platforms. The role supports the development and execution of category strategies, promotional plans, and new product launches, while ensuring alignment between brand objectives and platform-specific requirements. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven insights, the role aims to drive online sales growth, enhance digital shelf presence, and deliver a seamless shopper experience across e-retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze PMP, e-commerce data, market trends, and competitor activities to define category strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain full-year promotion calendars, incorporating NPD timelines, media plans, and sales targets.
- Develop detailed monthly eCommerce commercial plans, including TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) frameworks by category and platform.
- Align with offline S&CM teams to ensure a consistent promotion strategy and integrated sales phasing across online and offline channels.
- Define and manage category priorities, sales phasing, media investments, and NPD launch timings for each platform.
- Coordinate the execution of campaigns, NPD launches, and platform-specific initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, AMs, HoE).
- Lead monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes: align demand forecasts with the supply team, monitor stock availability, and flag risks/opportunities to ensure target fulfillment.
- Regularly update timelines and commercial plans based on business performance and real-time execution needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce, trade marketing, or category management — preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- A solid understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and digital retail dynamics.
- A proven ability to develop and execute commercial plans, including promotion calendars, NPD launch timings, and sales phasing.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and commercial KPIs to optimize performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with dashboards or analytical/reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- The ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving eCommerce environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
