Your Tasks
Lead the Formulation Process Engineering team to ensure control, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for cosmetic and regulated products. Responsible for implementing new formulations, product relaunches, team development, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Formulation Process Engineering team.
- Ensure effective control and performance of manufacturing processes.
- Support the implementation of new formulations, product relaunches, and technology transfers.
- Identify root causes of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, COFEPRIS, FDA, ANVISA, and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Develop training programs for engineering and production personnel.
- Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of departmental objectives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, QFB, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations and manufacturing processes.
- SAP proficiency.
- Knowledge of GMP, COFEPRIS, FDA, ANVISA, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience with process and equipment validation.
- Advanced English proficiency.
