Your Tasks
An exciting opportunity has become available due to a recent internal promotion in our Elastoplast team
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales in the Sports industry (sporting clubs/professional practitioners and pharmacies) through strategic and operational sales tools and plans supporting the Sports Business Managers in the field.
You will also be responsible for supporting our eCommerce platform, where we sell our sporting products for wholesalers
The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Develop appropriate and effective sales tools, planning documents and frameworks to be used by Sports Business Managers.
Collaborate with the Category Manager and utilise reporting data from CRM system to gather available insights to support in targeting sales.
Maintain strong understanding of product specifics, NPD, competitor product and industry trends.
Support and facilitate education and product training sessions alongside the Business Manager.
Maintain, update and improve the eCommerce platform.
Optimise SEO and other visibility tools to maximise growth.
Assist in creating promotions/programs for business discounted product ranges.
Your Profile
Preferably a Business/Commerce degree qualification
Experience in working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
Highly organised and structured.
Can understand and analyse needs.
Ability to multi-task, takes initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong communication skills, coupled with solid presentation skills.
Passion for sport and a good understanding of the sports professional sales industry.
