Manage end-to-end customer order processes — from order receipt to delivery at customer warehouse — ensuring high service levels.
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external customers to resolve order-related queries and issues promptly.
Monitor and drive improvements in customer service performance, including service level KPIs and order fulfillment metrics.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order execution and product availability.
Support new product launches by coordinating timely deliveries across relevant markets.
Work with logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure smooth execution of warehousing and transportation operations.
Assist in optimizing distribution and logistics costs through process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., service level, delivery lead times, cost metrics) and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong customer orientation.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
Comfortable with data tracking and reporting to drive performance improvements.
