The Director, Consumer Science & Claims Excellence, is responsible for leading consumer and product research activities and providing scientific oversight for claims substantiation across IC North America. The role ensures that consumer evidence, product experience insights, and claims-related decisions are grounded in scientific rigor, aligned with regulatory requirements, and consistently applied across brands.
This position partners closely with Marketing, Consumer Insights, and within R&D with Product Development, Medical, Regulatory, and Packaging teams to support innovation, renovation, and commercialization activities.
This hybrid position requires four days per week onsite at the U.S. Innovation Center in Florham Park, NJ, with periodic travel to Stamford, CT, and up to 30% domestic and international travel, including occasional evenings and weekends for critical meetings and conferences.
