Your Tasks

Strategy

  • Understand market landscape, categories, consumer, competitors in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and overall ASEAN
  • Work collaboratively with Global and Regional CMI to understand consumer journey, define opportunity with consumer target and behavior trend, penetration in each category for mentioned markets. Work with MU ASEAN Marketing Director to consolidate Market Landscape, Market Growth, Market Share projection for Business Review & Planning (PMP, ABP, FC5, FS)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive business strategies

Market Share / HH panel / Adhoc Research

  • Lead Thailand ONE BDF scorecard (online and offline) with key business analysis sharing with Leadership team on a monthly basis
  • Take the lead on market intelligence data, panel management, and dashboard development
  • Work closely with Senior CMI Manager in providing monthly update brand performance (market share) as well as marketing & MS forecasting in cooperation with Marketing and S&CM
  • Support data analysis, sharing insight and findings, together with Senior CMI manager as well as data validation of Nielsen Retail Audit, KANTAR Home Panel and MIQ
  • Master MIQ database, liaise closely with EM/MIQ Global to ensure data accuracy and consistency with Nielsen

Your Profile

  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years in function of marketing, sales, trade marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge of data sources available in the marketplace with hands on experience with developing insights from unstructured data.
  • Can work independently, with some guidance from senior function or business leadership.
  • Experience working for CPG marketer is preferred.
  • Experience working in consumer insight field.
  • Use of Nielsen and other data tool, ability to analyze and draw insight, propose actions
  • Very good command in English both spoken and written.
  • Good computer literacy.
