Your Tasks
- Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with Beiersdorf global standards.
- Drive MANEX (TPM) implementation to enhance equipment reliability and build up competence and culture of continuous improvement to support the business.
- Facilitate CI workshops (Daily management, Kaizen, 5S, MANEX, Cost efficiency, improvement, etc.).
- Lead and develop competence for cross-functional team in improvement and Beiersdorf CI program.
- Monitor and coordinate the overall establishment of the CI strategy according to the rollout plan, ensuring alignment and synchronization across all functions.
- Introduce innovative improvement ideas to support end-to-end factory processes and drive operational excellence.
- Coach and mentor teams on CI tools and global methodologies for analysis and improvement.
- Report progress and status of CI initiatives and CI program to relevant stakeholders at both local and global levels.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering field.
- More than 3 years of experience in CI or similar roles in manufacturing and familiarity with operation processes (FMCG is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge in CI methodologies, CI tools, TPM principles, Lean manufacturing. (Certificate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S are highly desirable).
- Strong data analysis capability (able to perform Loss Cost Deployment for improvement purposes).
- Proactive and strong leadership skills to lead and coach others.
- Excellent collaboration and ability to influence colleagues towards a CI mindset.
- A good team player in cooperating with both internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in basic programs such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Power BI.
- Business-level English proficiency, international experience is an advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of commitment
- Able to work well under pressure
