Your Tasks

Compensation Strategy & Governance

  • Design, implement, and manage the salary structure, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Lead participation in salary surveys and conduct market benchmarking to develop data-driven compensation strategies aligned with industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain job evaluation and job architecture methodologies in alignment with global frameworks and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Advise plant and functional leaders on compensation policies, pay practices, and individual compensation cases.

Incentives & Performance Programs

  • Design, manage, and administer short- and long-term incentive programs linked to business performance, productivity, and financial results.
  • Ensure incentive plans are aligned with corporate Total Rewards strategy and local business priorities.

Benefits Management

  • Administer and continuously improve employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support benefits communication and education initiatives to enhance employee understanding and engagement.

Analytics, Reporting & Decision Support

  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to plant management and functional leaders on total rewards topics.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional Total Rewards teams to deploy corporate strategies, policies, and tools at the local level.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements related to compensation and benefits.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Costing, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and policy management .

  • Strong financial profile , with solid understanding of financial concepts and cost structures.

  • Intermediate to fluent English , capable of communicating effectively in a business environment.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing/factory environment , with exposure to operational processes.

  • Previous experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG / Consumer Goods) industry .
