Your Tasks

Roles & Responsibilities:

Medical Strategy & Leadership

  • Establish and embed a strong medical foundation and strategy in line with global direction
  • Act as a strategic bridge between global medical vision, scientific priorities, and local market needs, ensuring effective localization and execution
  • Define local needs and contribute to clinical testing plans in alignment with global medical strategy
  • Build, lead, and develop the local medical team, setting clear priorities, ways of working, and long-term capability development

HCP Engagement & Channel Development

  • Build and manage strong relationships with HCPs and pharmacists, including KOL management and RTM activities
  • Actively develop and execute programs and initiatives with HCPs
  • Effectively convey brand and product messages through local congress participation by translating global congress insights into locally relevant communication
  1. Drive medical recommendation and support the growth of hospital and pharmacy channels

Medical Communication & Education

  • Utilize clinical test results and scientific data from global to support medical education, congress communication, and product recommendation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop medical-led content ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency
  • Lead the development and delivery of medical education and training programs for HCPs and internal teams

Your Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical marketing (in-house or agency), demonstrating the ability to elevate brand credibility by increasing HCP awareness and authentically integrating a strong medical image into consumer communications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and local cross-functional teams, as well as to build and maintain smooth, professional relationships with HCPs
  • Strong English skills to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Experience in leading a medical marketing team in-house or agency-side. (preferably in dermo-cosmetics; experience in pharma or medical devices is also acceptable.)
  • Open-minded, passionate, and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to growing together with the team.
  • Familiar with skin science and beauty categories; understanding of consumer/shopper
  • Experience with global brands and companies
