Your Tasks

As a Junior Brand Manager Derma & Health Care NL, you will play a key role in executing the local strategy to grow and develop the Derma (Eucerin) and Health Care (Hansaplast) divisions in the Netherlands. This is an all-round marketing position where you will take responsibility for various aspects of the business, supporting both Senior Brand Managers

You will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager Derma NL and with a dotted line to the Senior Brand Manager Health Care BNL.

Main responsibilities

Brand Management:

  • Develop and execute local brand strategies and annual marketing plans (ATL, BTL, Digital, Media) in alignment with regional and global priorities.
  • Drive innovation and hero product campaigns through detailed local drive plans.
  • Support product launches, portfolio management, and entrepreneurial projects to strengthen market presence.
  • Monitor KPIs, market share, and sales performance; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate on media planning, asset development, and campaign execution with agencies and internal teams.
  • Work closely with PR, influencer management, and digital teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Controlling

Media & Communications

  • Supports in creating media assets and coordinating campaigns (TV, Digital, Print, OOH) with agencies.
  • Assists in digital campaign execution and website content updates (product pages, articles, banners).
  • Supports PR, influencer activities, and event coordination.
  • Helps analyze media impact and integrate learnings into future plans.

Pricing

  • Supports Senior Brand Manager in RRSP strategy with Sales and RGM.
  • Provides input on retail pricing strategy aligned with brand equity.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business).
  • 1–2 years in marketing, ideally within FMCG, Derma, or Pharmacy.
  • Analytical, strategic and creative mindset
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially driven with a passion for skincare and healthcare.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, performance-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Accurate, well-organized and have attention to detail
  • A true team-player
