The Medical Representative for Eucerin is responsible for promoting derma products to healthcare professionals
(dermatologists/cosmetologists/aesthetic clinics), establishing strong KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships, gathering market intelligence and feedback, and collaborating with marketing to drive product awareness, adoption, and market share in a wide territory. The role requires ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, and domain knowledge in dermatology
As a Medical Representative for the Eucerin derma-cosmetic portfolio, you will:
➢ Promote derma-cosmetic products to dermatologists, cosmetologists, pharmacists and aesthetic clinics.
➢ Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to highlight clinical efficacy, benefits and unique differentiators.
➢ Establish and sustain robust professional relationships with healthcare practitioners and allied stakeholders.
➢ Provide continuous education and support to clients regarding product usage, treatment protocols and outcome expectations.
➢ Monitor competitor activities and evolving market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
➢ Collect and analyse client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
➢ Report sales activities, pipeline opportunities and customer insights to senior management in an accurate and timely manner.
➢ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional materials, campaigns and field-activation programs.
➢ Stay abreast of the latest developments in dermatology, cosmetic science and aesthetic practice.
➢ Represent the organisation at industry conferences, workshops and training sessions, fostering a professional brand image.
➢ Educational Qualifications (Mandatory):
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Medicine.
• The candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in dermatology/cosmetic science as acquired during their studies or via additional training.
➢ Experience (Mandatory):
• 3-5 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably in the dermatology / cosmo-derma therapy area
• Demonstrated experience engaging with dermatologists, cosmetologists, or similar HCP
