As a trainee in Brand Management & Digital Marketing, you’ll use your instinct for our consumers to create fascinating campaign ideas along the customer journey – activating our brands online and inspiring people around the world.

Together with you, we want to drive the digitalization of our brands and business and respond quickly to changes in consumer behavior. If you’re eager to take on challenges and continuously inspire consumers, you’re in the right place.

Exciting areas await you – from local, regional, and global Brand Management to local and global Digital Marketing. You’ll choose your placements at our Hamburg headquarters and a six-month international assignment, customizing your trainee journey.

Halfway through the Beyond Borders program, I can confidently say this is the most exciting professional adventure I’ve ever had! So far, I’ve worked in two teams under NIVEA, seeing it all! From conceiving future products, executing global communication campaigns to setting up local activations. It’s a mix of strategy, creativity, and hands-on learning within the most inspiring teams. Are you ready for our trainee program in Brand Management & Digital Marketing?

We are looking for:

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a major in the area of Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Min. 6 months of practical experience
  • Min. 6 months of experience abroad
  • Fluency in English
  • Quick thinker with an entrepreneurial & international mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with pragmatism
  • Convincing, integer, flexible and resilient personality
  • Compelling communicator
