We’re dedicated to walking the talk when it comes to our social and ecological responsibility. Our Sustainability Agenda CARE BEYOND SKIN is designed to make a measurable and positive contribution to the environment and society. And we believe that we can only succeed as an inclusive society when everybody contributes and no one gets left behind. Our focus lies on supporting local initiatives that help vulnerable, marginalized and disadvantaged groups, especially girls and young women.

EMPOWERING GIRLS

“Empowering Girls” is a global aid program launched by Beiersdorf in 2020 to support girls and young women in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. In partnership with NGOs like Plan International and CARE, we aim to reach over 500,000 people by the end of 2025, creating long-term impact through education, protection, and inclusion.

WOMEN IN CIRCULARITY

With “Women in Circularity”, Beiersdorf drives social and environmental impact in emerging economies, supporting eight recycling organizations in eight countries. Funded with €8 million, the initiative will help them recycle over 15,000 tons more plastic waste yearly and offer income and development opportunities to over 1,600 women in waste management, strengthening their families and communities.
