Tasks of the Executive Board

The main tasks performed by the Executive Board include: 

  • Developing the Company's strategy and implementing it in accordance with the Supervisory Board 
  • The Company's annual and long-term planning 
  • Preparing the annual and consolidated financial statements, the half-years reports and the quarterly statements and the non-financial reports 
  • Establishing appropriate risk management and risk control systems 
  • Regular, timely, and in-depth reporting to the Supervisory Board 
Certain measures and transactions by the Executive Board require Supervisory Board approval.
