TRAINEE PROGRAM – Brand Management & Digital Marketing

As a trainee in Brand Management & Digital Marketing, you will use your instinct for our consumers to help create fascinating campaign ideas as part of our customer journey – you will be activating our brands online and inspiring people all over the world.

Together with you, we want to drive the digitalization of our brands and business forward and react quickly to changes in consumer behavior. If you are eager to actively address challenges and inspire our consumers time and time again, you've come to the right place. You can look forward to exciting fields, such as our local, regional and global Brand Management or local and global Digital Marketing. You will choose your areas of assignment at our Hamburg headquarters and your six month assignment abroad and thereby customize your trainee program according to your interests. Fully integrated in our international trainee network, you will benefit from working on cross-functional projects and from regular development activities such as training and mentoring. We are looking for:

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a major in the area of Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Min. 6 months of practical experience
  • Min. 6 months of experience abroad
  • Fluency in English
  • Quick thinker with an entrepreneurial & international mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with pragmatism
