Your tasks will mainly focus on supporting our controlling team in Hamburg for:

• Month-end closing activities: Maintain key information regarding purchase orders and goods receipts in several systems (SAP, Service Now) support troubleshooting, ensuring the accurate monthly accounting.
• Year-end closing activities: Ensure completeness of Purchase Order Information, clearing goods receipts errors, booking fast-close figures and managing open invoice accruals, tracking incoming invoices.
• Key-User for SAP: Support with new vendor creation in SAP, shopping carts for purchase order creation, account assignment to invoices and assist our Accounts Payable department in routing invoices to the right responsible people in the IT organization.
• Additional Controlling Support: Budget tracking / Cost controlling – Allocation costs to products/Projects to ensure accurate budgeting. Support in Monthly invoicing process by performing standard/pre-defined checks and controls.
