Your Tasks

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track key clients.

  • Prepare reports and support data analysis for the company’s demand planning meetings.

  • Consolidate data from different clients to update information systems.

  • Support the management of key client routines.

  • Automate and document generated reports.

Your Profile

  • Education: Student of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

  • Languages: Advanced/native Spanish. Upper Intermediate English

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excel for automation: advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and handling large data volumes

  • Power Query (desirable) for data loading and transformation

  • Power BI (desirable) for data visualization and automated reporting
