•Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share in their channel.
•Manage all key customers in their channel to implement align with channel strategy.
•Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
•Cooperation among other functional team (e.g. SCM, MKT, S&OE, Supply Chain) to drive sales growth and gain in net sales and market share.
•Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control in their channel.
•Ensure and monitor the in store execution speed to market on promotion/ activities, POSM, All visibilities, new listing at point of sales align to marketing plan, account plan and timeline.
•Responsible for total channel sales forecast base on sales target KPI
•Coordinate with SCM team to forecast quantity of POSM, NPD sample, NPD pipeline, promotion quota of total channel.
•Monitor and analysis business situation in their channel with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time.
Office Location:6th and 7th Fl. Sathorn Square Office Tower, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500. (Remotely Working from home could be applied)
